We have been granted a licence to hold civil ceremonies in all our function rooms and the restaurant, we also have a license for outside over looking the lakes.

Ceremony (up to 250 people) - £450
Room Rates for 2010
Restaurant & Terrace functions - Hire cost £895 (minimum spend £1500) Mon-Thursday's only.
The Old Tack room
The Old Tack room will accommodate up to 80 persons for parties or 50 for seated meals and conferences and has its own licensed bar, dance floor and courtyard garden.
The rates below include: Use of room, courtyard garden, white linens, table & chair rentals, and staff (according to your needs).
Monday - Friday (8am-6pm) or Monday - Thursday (6.30pm-12am) - £100
Monday - Friday (Full Day) - £145
Saturday & Sunday (8am-6pm) - £115
Friday, Saturday & Sunday (6.30pm-12pm) - £205
Saturday - Sunday (Full Day) - £230

The Arched Barn
The Arched Barn will accommodate up to 250 persons for parties or 200 for seated meals and conferences and has its own licensed bar, dance floor and courtyard garden.

Tuesday to Friday - £410
Saturday and Sunday - £580

Marquee
We also have a site to erect a marquee over looking the fishing lakes and just below the restaurant. Cost to hire the site is £500.00, this does not include the marquee or any facilities.
